KDE brightness app doesn't show all monitors.

Often the brightness app would stop detecting a monitor if it was turned off and then turned on a gain. Restarting the plasma-powerdevil service makes the brightness app reread the currently connected monitors.

systemctl --user restart plasma-powerdevil.service
